Hailie’s journey in racing began in motocross in 2009, where she participated in events such as SXS Stadium Junior Kart Stock and LORRS Juniors Karts. By 2013 and 2016, she secured first-place finishes in the LOORRS Junior 2 Karts and LOORS Modified Karts, respectively. In 2017, she transitioned to asphalt racing, participating in the CARS Super Late Model Tour with Bond Suss Racing. The following year, she entered the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West, racing alongside Billy McAnally Racing.

Since then, Hailie has competed in a range of prestigious series, including the Camping World Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series East, and the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge.
